Session Description: Leaders today face the dual challenge of managing performance and retaining employees in roles that are both demanding and vital. While pay and benefits matter, staff often stay because they feel valued, supported, and able to grow.

This session provides practical tools and frameworks to strengthen performance through effective feedback and to reinforce retention through everyday leadership practices.

Participants will explore the difference between recognition and constructive feedback, learn how to balance formal and informal conversations, and leave with strategies to build a culture that supports both performance and commitment.

Speaker Bio: Julie Doyle is a people strategist, speaker, and leadership consultant who partners with organizations to strengthen performance, elevate team effectiveness, and build leaders who make a lasting impact.
