Session Description:
The role of the HR Business Partner is at an inflection point. AI is automating the transactional, accelerating the analytical and quietly raising the bar on what it means to be a true strategic partner.
In this practical session, HRBPs will cut through the noise to understand exactly how AI is reshaping their role, what is being handed off to machines, what is being amplified, and what only a skilled, courageous human can do. We will explore the shift from data gatherer to trusted advisor, build practical fluency for working alongside AI tools, and tackle the ethical responsibilities that land squarely in HR's lap when AI enters the employee experience.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify which HRBP tasks are likely to be augmented by AI.
- Articulate the new HRBP value proposition in an AI enabled organization
- Recognize the ethical guardrail role HRBPs must play in AI adoption
