Speaker Bio:With nearly 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Maria Hemminger is a seasoned expert at connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations across Ohio and the Midwest. In 2005, Maria co-founded MJ Recruiters with her business partner, Joanna Spaun, and has successfully led the firm as Partner and Owner for over 20 years. Under her leadership, MJR has filled over 1,000 positions, specializing in high-impact roles across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials and Manufacturing HR, and Accounting.

Beyond just filling roles, Maria is a strategic partner to her clients.
